Welcome to LVK!

ShipHero Fulfillment is now LVK. Our new brand is still committed to the same thing – solving complex fulfillment problems through a blend of high-tech innovations, high-touch solutions, and white-glove service. However, now we’ve got a fancy new logo and a new look!

Plus, a new CEO – Maggie M. Barnett!

So, what does LVK stand for?

LV are the Roman numerals for 55 – this is an homage to our first ever warehouse at 55 Railroad Avenue just north of New York City.

The K stands for the Japanese word Kaizen. Kaizen means “change for the better or continuous improvement.” This is a founding principle of LVK, our team will always push to provide better service and pricing.

Our team is committed to making this transition painless. Here are all the things not changing

You will get the same customer service from the same dedicated team that you’re used to.

Your billing:

ShipHero Fulfillment LLC is still our legal entity for billing, so that’s where your bills will come from. In the next few weeks the invoice will update to “ShipHero Fulfillment LLC DBA LVK”. The bank account information is the same.
