Where does LVK have warehouses?

LVK owns and operates 7 fulfillment centers in multiple locations across the United States, including Pennsylvania, Nevada, Texas, Florida and other strategic locations like Canada, to ensure efficient and quick shipping globally. Does LVK own and operate its warehouses?

Yes, LVK owns and operates all of its fulfillment centers.

What are the operating hours for LVK warehouses?

LVK warehouses are typically open seven days a week from 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM local time. Hours may vary by location and during holidays.

Does LVK support Section 321? What is Section 321?

Yes, LVK supports Section 321, which allows U.S. citizens to import up to $800 worth of merchandise per day from Canada duty-free. For eCommerce retailers, duty fees on products shipped to U.S. consumers from Canada can be reimbursed. What is zone skipping, and does LVK support it?

LVK offers support for zone skipping, a cost-saving logistics strategy. This method involves consolidating ready-to-ship packages and moving them in bulk closer to the final customers instead of sending individual shipments – reducing last-mile delivery fees.

What other fees am I subject to as an LVK Fulfillment client?

As an LVK client, you might have to pay some extra fees. These could include a Fuel Surcharge Fee, DIM Weight, Hazardous Materials, Signature Fee, and Overweight Shipping Pick Charge. We like to customize our clients’ plans so that fees can vary based on your unique situation. But don’t worry, we don’t like surprising you with extra charges, so you’ll know exactly what you’re paying for.

How much does LVK charge for storage?

At LVK, we offer simple and transparent storage pricing based on the space you use each day. We create custom plans to meet your needs and ensure you understand all charges clearly.

How much does LVK charge for onboarding?

LVK does not charge for onboarding.

How much does LVK charge for picks?

LVK’s flat rate pricing includes one pick per shipment. Additional picks are charged extra per pick per shipment.

How much does LVK charge for setup?

LVK does not charge for setup.

Does LVK handle returns?

Yes, LVK has integrations with Loop Returns to handle returns seamlessly for clients. LVK has a direct plugin for Shopify clients that manages returns from your Shopify store.

What 3rd-party apps or programs does LVK integrate with?

LVK works with many other apps and programs, including eCommerce platforms such as Shopify, Amazon, WooCommerce, and others. It also links up with different shipping carriers and inventory management systems.

Pricing/Billing

What is LVK's preferred payment method?

LVK’s main payment method is a credit card. With pre-approval from the sales team, larger U.S. accounts can be set up for ACH.

Can I view my invoices from LVK?

LVK’s online dashboard lets you view your invoices, track your orders, and manage your account.

Does LVK have a DIM surcharge rate? How is it calculated?

Yes, LVK applies a DIM (Dimensional Weight) surcharge rate. This is calculated based on the package’s dimensional weight, considering its volume in relation to its actual weight. The formula is typically (Length x Width x Height) / DIM Factor.

What are the costs to ship an oversized package?

An oversize charge applies to packages exceeding 96 inches in length or 130 inches in length and girth. Ratings are based on the greater of the package’s actual rounded or dimensional weight, subject to a 90 lb minimum billable weight. Any packages over 20 lbs must be pre-approved.

Are there additional charges for shipping and storing hazardous materials?

A fee is added per shipment, and an MSDS must be provided and pre-approved. Minimums may apply. SKUs that qualify as HazMat/Dangerous Goods must go via DHL Ground with a transit time of 7-15 days.

Is there a fuel surcharge for ground and/or air shipments?

Yes, carriers have instituted fuel surcharges that are passed on to LVK and our clients due to the current volatility of the fuel market.

What is the best way to contact Client Support?

The best way to contact LVK’s Client Support team is through the ticket system in the LVK app. Support is available 6 am-10 pm EST Monday through Friday and 10 am-3 pm EST Saturdays and Sundays. For specific inquiries, you can reach a fulfillment expert.

My developer has questions about LVK's API. Who can they get in touch with?

What freight services does LVK provide?

LVK offers a range of freight services, including Less Than Truckload (LTL), Full Truckload (FTL), and expedited freight options. They also assist in scheduling freight appointments. Please refer to LVK’s Freight Guidelines for more detailed information.

What is the receiving overview for LVK?

LVK’s receiving guidelines ensure quick and efficient processing of your products. Inventory must follow these guidelines to avoid delays. Charges may apply for items like apparel and jewelry that need counting and verification. LVK reserves the right to refuse inventory that violates these guidelines or is not on an approved Receiving Schedule. Inventory can only be accepted during business days and hours.
