Maggie M. Barnett, Esq.

Maggie is the CEO of LVK, the new brand of 3PL revolutionizing fulfillment to solve the most challenging problems in shipping. LVK is a subsidiary of ShipHero where Maggie holds the role of COO. She is licensed to practice law in California and New York and is an adjunct professor at NYU. Prior to ShipHero, Maggie’s colorful professional background spans a diverse range of experiences including working for Senator Hillary Rodham Clinton and organizations like MTV News & Documentaries, introducing a sustainable seafood line and tripling sales while Interim CEO at Greensbury Market, and founding her own “concierge concept” which served thousands of NYC Airbnb properties.

Scott Thomas

VP, General Manager

Scott is the VP and General Manager for LVK North America Fulfillment Operations and Customer Support. Scott’s strengths include team building with a keen eye toward effectively allocating team member resources based on the strengths and skills of the individuals on his team. He practices a transformational and coaching leadership style, allowing his team members to do their best, most innovative work while leaving lines of communication open and providing feedback that leads to improvement. Scott is passionate about the symbiotic relationship between LVK team members and our partners, which leads to mutual success and achievement. Scott knows that when both groups work together, LVK clients reap the benefits of a premier experience. Scott, his wife, Annie, and their 4 children spend much of their free time trying to beat the heat in the Arizona mountains.

Karen Schwartz

Vice President of Transportation

Karen is the Vice President of Transportation for LVK. She is responsible for all carrier procurement for final, linehaul and middle miles. She negotiates the best rates and service deals with our carriers while ensuring a high level of customer service. She also manages all inbound freight to our docks. Karen’s greatest strengths relate to her tenacity to get things done, while always looking for ways to improve the performance of our transportation network. She is a servant leader who believes in rolling up her sleeves and getting things done. She looks to solve problems quickly and efficiently. Her passion revolves around learning new things and using her knowledge of the transportation industry and her previous experience to help the business grow. Karen has recently taken up golf; she spends a lot of her free time working on her handicap. She also enjoys cycling.

Danielle Caravella

Sales Operations

Danielle is a key member of the Sales Operations team for LVK. She is responsible for working with multiple departments, including sales, operations, engineering and customer success to create and improve the sales process and overall customer experience. Danielle works diligently to build relationships across the organization, identify and solve problems, and always looks to obtain harmony in her dealings with everyone. Her leadership style is based on relationship building and development; she wants to recognize and cultivate the potential in her teammates. Danielle greatly enjoys understanding the entire customer lifecycle, and has a passion for understanding how all of the different parts of the organization work together to make everything run smoothly. When Danielle is not hard at work problem-solving, you can find her hanging with her pup Winnie, reading, creating mosaics and exploring hiking trails.

Tyler Anderson

Director of Warehouse Operations

Tyler is the National Director of Operations for LVK. He is responsible for the overall productivity and day-to-day operations across all of our facilities and ensuring they meet all necessary compliance requirements. Tyler’s greatest strength is staying calm and collected under pressure, which is an invaluable asset in the fulfillment business. He leads using an adaptive leadership style, understanding that each person is different and may require different types of motivation and feedback to be their best. His passion for his work comes from the ever-changing nature of eCommerce fulfillment – no two days are ever the same. When Tyler has time away from the warehouse, he enjoys the great outdoors of his home state, Utah. He likes camping, fishing, and hunting with his family whenever possible.

Taylor Tomalski

Sales Manager

Taylor is the Sales Manager for LVK. She is responsible for strategizing with LVK account executives to provide excellent customer service and offer our prospects the best option for scaling their business through outsourced fulfillment. Taylor’s strengths lie in problem-solving, relationship building, and her team’s personal and professional development. She works hard to bring joy to customers, her team, and others to help them all be the best they can. Her leadership style is based on collaborating and strategizing with her team to build habits that can sustain growth year after year. Taylor is passionate about bringing such a strong solution to customers while building a supportive network in the fulfillment space. When Taylor is not working, you can generally find her hanging out with her husband and their 2 young sons and learning the prime stats on dinosaurs. She might also sing a song as she takes her dog Harlee for a walk, plans her next travel experience, or dives into something artistic.
